THE WILSHIRE GATE
LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA
STATUS: Conceptual Design Completed
CLIENT: Jia Long USA
The Wilshire Gate, a new mixed-use high-rise development by Jia Long USA, is currently in preconstruction at 631 S Vermont Ave, in the heart of Los Angeles’ Koreatown. Plans call for a 33-story, 450-foot-tall building featuring 250 apartments, 200 hotel rooms, 16,000 square feet of office space, a 483 stall parking garage, and ground floor retail.
The landscape design includes the tower’s podium and roof levels as well as an extensive green wall for above ground parking.
